Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes. You will receive the exact model and set contents shown on the product page for the variant you select. Please note:
- Wooden blocks may show natural variations in wood grain or tone.
- Some cars/animals come in assorted colors or patterns when stated on the page.
- Colors can look slightly different due to screen settings; packaging may be updated without changing the product.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Your order confirmation email is your receipt. You can also find and download it in My Account > Orders. Checked out as a guest? Search your email for “Cjouet order” or contact support and we’ll resend a copy or a tax invoice if needed.
How can I return an item?
- We offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items in original packaging. Sets must be returned complete.
- Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded—contact us with your order number and photos to receive a prepaid label when applicable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method 3–5 business days after inspection.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
- Core lines like flying discs, toy cars, animals, watches, and building blocks are regularly restocked. Timelines can vary—join the “Notify me when available” list on the product page or email us for an ETA.
- Limited or seasonal colors may not return; these are marked as Last Chance.
Where can I ship my order?
- We ship to most countries and regions. Available destinations, carrier options, costs, and delivery times are shown at checkout.
- Import duties/taxes may apply depending on your location and are shown or collected at checkout when possible.
- Note: Certain carriers have restrictions for items containing button batteries (toy watches). If your address is affected, we’ll offer a compliant shipping method or contact you before dispatch.
