  • Wooden blocks may show natural variations in wood grain or tone.
  • Some cars/animals come in assorted colors or patterns when stated on the page.
  • Colors can look slightly different due to screen settings; packaging may be updated without changing the product.

Your order confirmation email is your receipt. You can also find and download it in My Account > Orders. Checked out as a guest? Search your email for “Cjouet order” or contact support and we’ll resend a copy or a tax invoice if needed.

  • We offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items in original packaging. Sets must be returned complete.
  • Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded—contact us with your order number and photos to receive a prepaid label when applicable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method 3–5 business days after inspection.
  • Core lines like flying discs, toy cars, animals, watches, and building blocks are regularly restocked. Timelines can vary—join the “Notify me when available” list on the product page or email us for an ETA.
  • Limited or seasonal colors may not return; these are marked as Last Chance.
  • We ship to most countries and regions. Available destinations, carrier options, costs, and delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • Import duties/taxes may apply depending on your location and are shown or collected at checkout when possible.
  • Note: Certain carriers have restrictions for items containing button batteries (toy watches). If your address is affected, we’ll offer a compliant shipping method or contact you before dispatch.

Age grades are listed on each product page. As a general guide:

  • Flying discs: typically 6+; use in open spaces and supervise younger players.
  • Toy animals and toy cars: many sets contain small parts—generally 3+ unless marked otherwise.
  • Toy watches: generally 3+; adult assistance recommended for battery handling.
  • Building blocks: large blocks are usually 3+; detailed sets with small bricks are often 6–8+.
    Always follow the specific age and safety notes on the product page and packaging.

Most toy watches ship with a pre-installed test battery or an included button cell when allowed by carrier rules. Replacement uses common button cells (e.g., LR44/AG13 or CR2032—see the product page for the exact type).

  • Battery life: typically 6–12 months depending on usage.
  • Replacement: open the back as shown in the manual, insert the new cell with correct polarity, and ensure the cover/screw is fully secured.
  • Safety: button batteries are hazardous if swallowed. Keep spares and used cells out of children’s reach. If ingested, seek immediate medical attention.
  • Flying discs: wipe with a damp cloth; remove sand/dirt after play; store flat away from heat.
  • Toy animals: wipe with mild soap and water; avoid bleach/solvents; air-dry completely.
  • Toy cars: wipe exterior; avoid soaking; keep sand out of axles; dry thoroughly if wet.
  • Toy watches: wipe gently; unless stated, not waterproof—remove before bathing/swimming.
  • Building blocks:
    • Plastic bricks: soak briefly in warm soapy water, rinse, air-dry; avoid hot dishwashers/high heat.
    • Wooden blocks: wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth; do not soak; keep away from prolonged humidity/sun.

Compatibility is noted on each block set:

  • Sets labeled “standard brick size” are designed to be cross-compatible with most major brands of similar stud size.
  • Large-format blocks will note compatibility with similar large-block systems when applicable.
  • Wooden blocks are standalone play systems and are not stud-compatible.
